Although the amount of data, generated in mobility domain, has been increasing dramatically over past years, specific cycling-related data are still hardly ever employed as evidence base for cycling promotion. This is due to lacking availability and accessibility on one hand absence frameworks integrating from a different source other hand. We, therefore, propose Bicycle Observatory, which facilitates continuous observation serves decision support broader context In this study, we investigate contribution Observatory achieving strategic goals promotion summarize major requirements recommendations establishing Observatory.
